Sound healing is using sounds from various instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, gong and human voices to create a safe space for the individual to relax and reconnect with his or her mind, body and spirit. The rest and relaxation state brought on by the sound healing session helps to promote our body's self-healing ability.
A sound bath is a sound vibrational session that brings out mind to a meditative state and induce the rest and relaxation response in our body. It is most beneficial to experience a sound bath lying down in a safe and calm environment.
Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment and fully engaged in the present experience without judgment. It can help reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
